Exploring the Singapore hawker center

I traveled to Singapore solely for the food. I have no shame in admitting this. Any Singaporean will tell you that their cuisine has more to offer than almost anywhere in the world: just as the population of Singapore is a beautiful mix of cultures and ethnicities, Singaporean cuisine is an exciting mix of many cultures including Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Indonesian.  With such a unique mix of so many rich cultures, I knew that Singapore’s cuisine would be an exciting combination of flavors… so straight off the metro from the airport, we headed for one of the country´s larger hawker centers…..
